Alicia Keys will be a happy woman as DJ Khaled will join her team as an adviser. Meanwhile, the names of advisers for other coaches like Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Adam Levine have also been revealed for The Voice Season 12.

These advisers are all talented and have the hunger to win. DJ Khaled will be the adviser for Alicia Keys when The Voice Season 12 hits TV screens next month, FACT reported.

The outlet noted that Keys was full of praises for her new adviser. Though the new recruit is not a singer, Keys noted that he will definitely bring in some “diversity” to the popular reality TV show.

The coach gave an interview to Extra wherein she mentioned, “I feel like it’s so incredible to have the diversity that I’m able to bring to the show, especially through Khaled.”

Keys added that it is not only about bringing a “great performer” but what matters is bringing in energy and a personality. Keys further added, “I think that is what Khàled does very naturally.”

Khaled came out recently with a self-help book titled The Keys. The book offers some pearls of wisdom for its readers.

Advisers for other coaches in Season 12

Khaled, who is a record label executive as well as a producer, is not the only adviser in Season 12. Us Weekly reported that the names of the advisers for other coaches are out too.

Gwen Stefani will be joined by ace singer Celine Dion as her adviser. Fans will remember that previously, Stefani herself worked as an adviser for the team of her boyfriend Blake Shelton in Season 10. Viewers saw these two ladies appearing on the Today show on January 27 to promote their new partnership.

Stefani’s pleasure was pretty obvious when she told Dion on the TV program, “To get like the prize right here, everybody’s going to be so mad — the other coaches — that I got you.”

Meanwhile, Blake Shelton will be a happy man too as renowned country singer Luke Bryan will advise his team in the upcoming season. Shelton sits pretty comfortably as a coach since five of the show’s winners had been from his teams in the past. Shelton and Bryan were co-hosts for three years consecutively in the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Last but not the least, John Legend and Levine will work together in Season 12. Incidentally, both of them have recently become fathers for the first time.

The Voice Season 12 premieres on February 27 on NBC.
