It’s getting hotter in The Bachelor season 21 mansion. However, it’s not between Nick Viall and a contestant this time around.
A preview for the upcoming episode showed tension between Taylor Nolan and Corinne Olympios. In a sit-down conversation, Taylor told this season’s “villain” that she lacks the maturity to date Nick.
The mental health counselor from Seattle told Corinne, “My concern is just not feeling confident that you are in a place to enter into a committed, fulfilling relationship. I feel like there have been times over the last few days that I didn’t know if you had the maturity or the emotional intelligence or the coping skills to deal with stuff.”
Corinne did not let it pass and she hit back on Taylor. “Listen, I’m not an idiot. I run a multi-million dollar company and I don’t appreciate you treating me like an idiot so stop treating me like a f ****** idiot, Taylor,” she screams.
The company that the 24-year-old businesswoman was referring to is her family business of epoxy floorings and roof coatings. Where will this argument lead?
The Bachelor Slammed
Everybody knows that The Bachelor is a sexy reality TV show. However, critics say season 21 is the raunchiest so far.
Katie Yoder of the Media Research Center, a conservative-leaning media watchdog group, told Fox News that Nick’s season is one of the most risqué seasons of all. She added that the show is sending the wrong message about entertainment being based on sex.
Most of the show’s critics cited Corinne’s actions in the past weeks. In episode 2, she stripped topless and embraced Nick in a pool. On the following week, she visited Viall while naked under a trench coat and then sprayed whipped cream on her cleavage, which the 36-year-old software sales executive licked off.
This season’s villain, however, is not easily discouraged. Corinne defended herself and wrote on Instagram:
“I was confident and I was me. Yes I seemed a bit aggressive … but I’ve been through a lot in my life and I did not want any time wasted …”
