Lady Gaga Superbowl 2017 performance has been a huge success, and now fans are wondering what does her ex-fiancé, Taylor Kinney, think about it.
The actor has yet to issue his public admiration of Gaga’s halftime show. It is not surprising though since Kinney has been known for being silent about his private life, but he has been supportive of Gaga ever since.
When the singer sang the national anthem in Superbowl 50 last year, the actor told Us Weekly, “That’s where she’s most at home, is on a stage. To see her there on the biggest one — I enjoyed it probably as much as everybody else. Yeah!” Although Kinney and Gaga were not together during her Superbowl 2017 performance, there have been reports that he was actually at the NRG Stadium in Houston at the time.
A photo of a man, which looks like Kinney, was shared on Twitter during the event. The actor hasn’t confirmed if the man in the photo is him and if he was in the event as Lady Gaga’s guest. Kinney hasn’t posted anything on his own social media pages in the past few days as well.
If the photo is real, the Chicago Fire actor seems to be keeping it low key. He was spotted wearing a baseball cap and surrounded by friends. Just the same, the photos are enough for their fans to go crazy.
Now, Gaga’s little monsters will have to wait if Kinney will show up again in Gaga’s concert tour. Immediately following the Superbowl 2017, the Born This Way singer announced her Joanne World Tour.
Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney’s Story of Love and Friendship
Kinney popped the question to the American Horror Story star in 2015 Valentine’s Day. The couple ended their engagement in July 2016, but the two remains friends. In fact, the Bad Romance hitmaker previously shared a photo of Kinney and her mom when the two attended an event for Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation in December.
On The Howard Stern Show back in October, Gaga talked about her current relationship with the actor and how she doesn’t even like to call Kinney her ex. The two had been together for five years.
“I’m actually very close to Taylor. He’s been my lover and my friend for a really long time. He’s been so supportive of the album, and I support him on his show, Chicago Fire … I hate to sound like a hippie, but I kind of am one and so is he. We love each other—that’s it,” she said.
