The latest reality television series from a Kardashian will tackle how to get the right body even amidst break-ups and other dramas that get into a woman’s way. Khloe Kardashian, who started losing weight and getting fit after her divorce with Lamar Odom, cleared that her revenge body was not for her past relationship.
“My revenge is not towards one person,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “It’s more for everyone who was so cruel to me and really shunned me.”

In her interview, she also explained that working out amidst her divorce was her way to be sane.
“I was always chubby and just kind of owned it, like, ‘I’m big boned, and this is who I am,'” she said. “I always emotionally ate. So, for once, I was like, ‘Well, the pints of ice cream never worked for me, so let me try this elliptical,’ and the clarity that I got after working out was so great and, as a byproduct, I started losing weight.”
Khloe also shared how she lost pounds after her painful break-up. Here are the reality star’s five points to ponder on:
Drink plenty of water (three to four liters per day)
Cut dairy products
Start your cardio with jumping ropes
Cut out on white starch products
Stop drinking sodas and juices

The new reality show just premiered last January 12. For the first episode, Khloe helps a man whose weight gained resulted into a break-up. Khloe and a roster of other fitness and wellness experts helped the man. Another woman who was being bullied was helped by the Kardashian.
