It seems like the Real Housewives Of Orange County star, Vicki Gunvalson continues to face charges from her former business partner, Robert Williamson. Gunvalson has accused Williamson of stiffing a huge amount of money.
A report from RadarOnline suggests that the Real Housewives Of Orange County star Gunvalson and her ex-beau, Brooks Ayers are facing charges after failing to promote the Vodka line for years. Vicky Gunvalson is now accusing Robert Williamson for lying about his assets in the bankruptcy case.
Gunvalson Wants Her Money
Gunvalson claims that Williamson is not telling the truth about his assets. So, he could not pay her what she owes. Gunvalson is now after the money she was awarded after her legal battle with Williamson.
Williamson claims that Gunvalson failed to promote the Vodka line, as the brand never took off. He also states that she sold 16.67 percent of the Vodka company to Ayers without informing Williamson. He found out that Ayers sold the percentage back after claiming he needed money to pay for child support and IRS.
The report further insisted that Gunvalson demanded that the ownership should be returned to a 50/50 split after selling percentages. Williamson claimed that Gunvalson and Ayers committed fraud. However, the courts sided with Ayers and stated that the ex-couple did not commit fraud.
Ayers transferred all the rights to Gunvalson, after Ayers was awarded a total of $132,641 as attorney fees from Williamson. Now, Gunvalson wants her money back.
In another Gunvalson-related report, Bustle unveils that Gunvalson has called the first lady by a different name. In her tweet, she referred to her as Melanie Trump instead of Melania Trump. The tweet has now been deleted, but many social media users noticed what she wrote.
“Who’s Melanie? Can’t quit Vicki Gunvalson,” Jackie Schimmel wrote on Twitter.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson seems to be nonchalant about her mistake on Twitter.
