Poldark star Aidan Turner owes his popularity and stardom to his famous series Poldark, which has been adapted by BBC. But the handsome actor feels there is a flip side to it too.
Poldark star Aidan Turner spoke to the Mirror exclusively and got quite candid about the downside of having such a hectic schedule.
Aidan Turner’s Hectic Filming Schedule for Poldark Season 3
Turner said he was too tied up with the filming schedule of the TV show that had come in between his plans of partying on Wednesday. Incidentally, it was the venue for the National TV Awards in the O2 Arena in London.
However, he added that he was unable to party till late night since he has to be back on the sets of Poldark the following day. In fact, the good looking actor added that he will ride a horse near the coastline the next morning. There is no doubt that his TV bosses will be delighted since they would definitely like to see him in the best possible form for his glamorous role.
Meanwhile, several members of the cast including Poldark star Aidan Turner were recently spotted at Southerndown. The filming for the next series of Poldark is in progress there.
According to Wales Online, some scenes for the BBC One hit series are being shot in the Vale of Glamorgan, at a coastal village. Turner, who is undoubtedly the star of the Poldark series, was spotted along with other actors as they filmed some scenes on Thursday at the said location.
One of the actors was seen in the costume of an English captain. Others wore black hoods while shooting the scenes.
However Turner looked dashing in a period black hat. He looked relatively modern in a camouflaged coat, to keep himself warm from the January chill. For Poldark, this coastal village is definitely a change of scene. Viewers may remember that the series is mainly filmed in Cornwall.
Poldark will soon return on TV screens for its season 3 and filming is in full progress.
