Once Upon a Time Season 7 speculations are already reaching the online news. This is despite the fact that the franchise is still on its sixth installment.
Once Upon a Time Season 7 Possibilities
According to Moviefone, ABC boss Channing Dungey recently talked in an interview about the future of OUAT and other shows from the network. He was reportedly asked if he sees Season 6 as the last and final installment of the franchise. In addition to this, Dungey was also questioned that if it is indeed the final one, will he be able to give the show’s end date?
In regards to this matter, he answered that OUAT’s executive producers namely Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz are fully aware of this issue. After all, they are still considered veterans from Lost. As stated by Dungey, both of them came, sat, and started a conversation with them about their plans for Season 7.
As expected, though they are still in talks, Dungey believes that it is a show that viewers truly admired. That is why if ever they decided to put an end to it; they will do their best doing things the right way. Meanwhile, it is still a priority to give fans the ending they deserve.
Ready to Bring a Complete Change
However, it seems like OUAT’s seventh installment is set to bring fans a complete change! As ABC Entertainment Chief adds:
“EPs would be looking for the seventh season to be a springboard in a new direction from a narrative standpoint, which does not necessarily mean that we are not bringing cast back. It is just how do you kind of hit the reset button in a way that gives you opportunity to expand the stories that we are telling?”
Moreover, Dungey decided to stay silent if this reset is a spinoff or in any other means of bringing back the series, Deadline reports. In the end, fans will soon find out how their talks turned out for Once Upon a Time Season 7. Furthermore, viewers still have Season 6 to watch out for when it returns on March 5, 2017.
