Previously on NCIS season 14 episode 11 entitled Willoughby, there was an investigation about a businessman who is threatening an act of terror to manipulate the stock market. However, the mission was compromised leading to Reeves’ being hurt.
Rocky Caroll, who plays as NCIS Director Leon Vance, told TVLine that the businessman Chen will be a problem in the next episodes.
He said, “He’s going to be the thorn in our side for a while, yeah.”
Bishop and Qasim worked together for the case but it left a bad impact to the latter. On the other hand, Caroll also hinted that Congresswoman Jenna Flemming (Mary Stuart Masterson) will have a comeback after appearing in a previous episode. Vance and Flemming have a previous connection.
“I think it is good that Vance has a bit of a spark there. We’ll see what it happens!” he added.
