Meredith Grey will be caught between the two men close to her heart in the upcoming Grey’s Anatomy season 13 episode 15. The episode title even has an interesting tone to it.
Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) will be caught between Nathan (Martin Henderson) and Alex (Justin Chambers) over a patient. However, it seems like it is more than that. This week episode is titled Civil War. Will fans see conflict between the doctors in episode 15?
Viewers saw Alex back in Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital but he has to do resident work for now. Meredith is also back after Dr. Webber (James Pickens Jr.) convinced her to take back her job. Dr. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) earlier tried to persuade Meredith to come back but she only questioned Miranda’s decision to suspend her.
In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode, Alex gives his unsolicited love advice to his BFF. He tells Meredith that he knows she might actually want to take things to the next level with Nathan. Meredith denies Alex’s claim and stresses that she does not want to be with the cardiothoracic surgeon.
Meredith is then seen talking to Nathan and reminding him about what to do if he wants to get anywhere with her. But before she can do so, Nathan cuts her off, saying that Meredith is actually admitting that he still has more to get from her.
Amelia (Catherine Scorsone) will also finally face her feelings towards Owen (Kevin McKidd) in Grey’s Anatomy season 13 episode 15. Meanwhile, Webber, April Kepner (Sarah Drew), Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams), and Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) will deal with another patient with severe trauma. However, they will face some hurdles because of hospital politics.
Grey’s Anatomy Season 13 Episode 14 Recap
In the previous episode, Alex came back but was surprised that things have changed in the hospital. His friend, Meredith, is not around too since she got suspended after she refused to work with Eliza Minnick (Marika Dominczyk).
Alex, Jo (Camilla Luddington), and Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) dealt with a mother-to-son kidney transplant. Things turned worrisome when the abusive father shows up to the hospital uninvited.
During the procedure, the mother’s second kidney fails just as Stephanie and Jo attempted to transplant the good kidney into Chris. The team came in a moral dilemma, Entertainment Weekly wrote.
Chris’ father then steps in and offered his own kidney. The team decides that this is the best option for the mother and son. However, Jo fears that the father will use this as an excuse to make his way back into the mother and son’s lives.
She convinced the father to donate the kidney anonymously and to never speak of this to his family. When Cynthia wakes up from the surgery, Jo tells her that the hospital randomly received a perfect match.
