Grimm season 6 spoilers emerge after a sneak peek video surfaces. In the clip, Eve ventures into the mirror world alone, but things does not go well for her.
TVLine shared the exclusive clip which shows Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) in the portal. She can see her friends, however her friends have no way of knowing where she is. Nevertheless, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) figure that Eve could have entered the mirror through the help of one of the spells in Catherine Schade’s book.
With this deduction, they inform Nick (David Giuntoli) and Adalind (Claire Coffee). However, the video does not show any hope that Eve’s friends will find the spell that would help them follow her into the strange world. Still, the synopsis for the upcoming episode could have given it away.
Grimm Season 6 Spoilers from Episode 11 Synopsis
TV Guide relayed the preview for Grimm season 6 episode 11 titled Where the Wild Things Were. The synopsis reads:
“A mysterious portal takes Eve and Nick on a surprising journey. Meanwhile, an uneasy alliance is established when Capt. Renard is brought in to help and discovers this all may be connected to the person he cares for the most.”
From this, it turns out Nick will find his way to follow Eve. But what awaits them when they unite on the other side?
Both the exclusive video and the synopsis does not reveal anything that might happen between Nick and Eve. However, fans have their theories.
On the morbid side, some think the series will end with Eve saying goodbye to everyone. From the comments in the TVLine article, a reader going by the name Renota Johns said that Eve in the portal could be the last time the audience sees the character.
Meanwhile, on the more hopeful side, fans think that Eve’s journey to the portal will help resolve or give closure to her and Nick’s relationship. Another reader who goes by the name SpotlessMind 99 said:
“I hope to see some lifting of the burden on Juliette/Eve’s heart about all the awful things she once inflicted. And along with that, a resolution of her and Nick’s relationship, with an acknowledgment that Nick can forgive her but it will never be the same between them again.”
The author of the comment further suggests that a good end game for the series will involve Nick having a chance to build a life with Adalind and Kelly. Given that the synopsis point to a “surprising journey” for Nick and Eve, anything is possible at this point.
