Golden Globes 2017 will be hosted by no other The Tonight Show’s Jimmy Fallon. The said event rewards both television and film stars.
According to Rolling Stone, Fallon is the newest host after seven years. Four slots were taken by the 55-year-old comedian, Ricky Gervais. On the other hand, his Saturday Night Live co-stars Amy Poehler and Tina Fey also helmed the event for three years.
Golden Globes 2017 Details
NBC will be the network to broadcast the event. In line with this, a segment special will be aired earlier, Golden Globes Arrival. This is for the people who wanted to see some of the stars’ fashion trends in Golden Globes Awards 2017. Meanwhile, Red Carpet Live will also be broadcasted on E! featuring hosts Giuliana Rancic and Ryan Seacrest.

What to Expect on GGA 2017
As per USA Today, there are many things fans must watch out for on GGA 2017. First, just like in any other event, it is an irresistible truth wanting to see fancy and glamorous stars at their best. There are plenty of stars fans are rooting to see.
One of them is Blake Lively, who will surely make an entrance together with her husband – Deadpool’s lead star Ryan Reynolds. In addition are La La Land lead stars Emma Stone and Ryan Reynolds. The duo’s film is reportedly leading the nominations for the said category.
Second, this is a huge night for Jimmy Fallon after all! The 42-year-old comedian says the event will open with an SNL-like cold style. “They’ve never done a cold opening like a sketch, and it’s good,” says Fallon.
Lastly, Meryl Streep will accept a lifetime award that will be presented by Viola Davis. One of the most awaited moments in the event. Furthermore, new TV shows will also be introduced. Golden Globes 2017 will be aired on Jan. 8, 2017.
