Now that winter has literally arrived and production for Game of Thrones Season 7 has begun, fans have started counting down the days until the series returns. Most have also taken to watching out for spoilers to tide them over. And thanks to many intrepid fans, some exciting leaks have come to light.

If the spoilers are anything to go by, then Game of Thrones Season 7 will be even more intense. Fans can expect to see several favorite characters to return and long-awaited family reunions to happen.

What to Watch Out for Next Season

  1. Ser Jorah and Gendry will be back in action. According to Cheat Sheet, Ser Jorah might finally find his way back to Daenerys’ good graces, cured of the grayscale and ready to fight. Meanwhile, the show will reportedly bring back Gendry, Arya’s friend and Robert Baratheon’s secret son.
  1. The Stark sisters will finally be reunited. After several long seasons and numerous hardships, Arya will finally reach Winterfell and be reunited with Sansa. There are rumors that the sisters will conspire to end Petyr Baelish.

  1. King’s Landing will know the truth about Jon Snow. One of the most exciting spoilers to come out is about how Samwell Tarly, Bran Stark and Gilly will figure out who Jon’s parents really are. They will also reportedly come up with a plan to prove that the Bastard of Winterfell is the rightful heir to the Iron Throne.
  1. Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen will finally meet. The internet was abuzz when several leaked images from the set showed Kit Harrington shooting scenes with Emilia Clarke. The long-awaited meeting of Game of Thrones’ two main characters has also led to rumors that the two will eventually become lovers.
  1. The Night King has an ice dragon. According to reports, the Night King will kill Viserion during battle and will resurrect the dragon to serve him. With his new pet, Jon’s nemesis will reportedly be able to bring down the Wall.

Game of Thrones Season 7 is slated to return by the summer of 2017. Game of Thrones airs every Sunday on HBO.
