Adventure Time may be coming to end but the creator’s hinted of another project that will surely get fans excited.
Adventure Time finale will pave the way for a new television series under Frederator, Castlevania.
Fred Seibert already confirmed that Castlevania will replace Adventure Time. The announcement was made that Adventure Time finale will happen two seasons from now.
Castlevania soon after Adventure Time
He told in an interview at Nick Animation Podcast, that they have been eyeing a project for some time now.
“We have a project now that we’re doing that needs to go unnamed,” he said.
He said it is “based on one of the most world-famous video games of the last 30 years” and that they have it for twelve years.
The Adventure Time creator also hinted that “there were great characters and a great story.”
Cinema Blend noted that Fred Seibert, being an animation giant that he is, will likely to make fans excited about Castlevania.
He has already worked with Hana-Barbara as well as Nickelodeon before he decided to be on his own with Frederator.
Uproxx said in a report that this was not the first time that Fred Seibert of Adventure Time was linked to Castlevania. Producer Adi Shankar has noted back in August about the possibility of having Castlevania.
Castlevania to be given the colorful treatment?
It is also speculated that Frederator will be bringing in the bright and colorful treatment to the dark world of Castlevania.
Fans already saw how Frederator Studios made colorful stories like Adventure Time. It was also a creator for The Fairly OddParents and Fanboy 7 Chum Chum.
Adventure Time was announced to be bidding its goodbye to Cartoon Network after its premiere in 2010.
Fans will have to say goodbye to Finn and Jake for its finale in 2018 after eight seasons and 200 episodes.
