Aaron Paul

Aaron Paul seems to hint that he may have already shot his appearance on Better Call Saul season 3. The actor’s revelation aired on The Ellen DeGeneres Show when the talk show host asked him about Jesse Pinkman, his character on Breaking Bad.

Fans have been waiting for Aaron Paul’s appearance on Better Call Saul ever since the show started airing. Jesse Bruce “Cap’n Cook” Pinkman is a fan-favorite.

Since Paul already built solid followers, it is not a surprise at all that avid viewers of the show’s spin-off keep their hopes up about the character’s return. It seems fans would settle for anything–even for a cameo or a recurring role.

Aaron Paul Hints His Breaking Bad Role in Better Call Saul Season 3

In Paul’s appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 58-year-old host asked the actor regarding his Breaking Bad role. The latter revealed his thoughts about it.

“So everyone keeps asking this. Breaking Bad, that was such a great show … the question is, will you be in Better Call Saul?” DeGeneres asked.

“God, I hope so,” Paul answered before hinting that maybe he already filmed one. “Maybe I already shot it. We just —  they just wrapped up the last season.”

“So, maybe you’re gonna be on it,” DeGeneres added. “Yeah, it could be. I would love to be on it” Paul hinted.

When asked whether he would be promoting his appearance on the show, Paul flatly said “no.” The actor wanted fans to be surprised when his character pops in Better Call Saul.

On the other hand, in TV Line noted that since the spin-off is a prequel of Breaking Bad, Jesse Pinkman might be too young to show up unless the show makes a flash-forward to the future. In the original story, the character was recently out of secondary school.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Better Call Saul featured a Breaking Bad alum. Earlier reports already revealed that Giancarlo Esposito will reprise his role as Gus Fring. If Paul joins the prequel, he will also reunite with his other former costars Raymond Cruz, Max Arciniega and Mark Margolis.

Better Call Saul season 3 airs on April 10 at 10 p.m. Bookmark GoshTV for the latest on anything TV.
